BOOK CLUB KITS
NEW: reserve kits online! Are you a member of a book club looking for an easier way to borrow copies of books you discuss?
Or, have you always wanted to try starting your own book club, but lacked the time to gather the necessary materials?
Look no further! Reserve a Book Club Kit from your local library today.
What is a Book Club Kit?
Book Club Kits are for children, young adults, and adults. New ones arrive regularly.
A Book Club Kit contains 15 paperback copies of one title, a discussion guide to assist book club leaders, and, when available, a large print copy of the same title, and a DVD or video relating to the book. These items are placed in a canvas tote for your convenience. Just grab it and go!
How do I reserve a Kit?
Kits can be reserved up to three years in advance so that your group can plan their upcoming year and schedule the appropriate Book Kit for each month. Go to MVLC Book Club Kits to browse what's available and make reservations, or call the Gleason Public Library reference desk at 978-369-4898 for reservations and questions. You can also see book club kits in the regular library catalog by searching for "book club kit", but reservations can only be made through the separate Book Club Kit system.
SCIFI AND FANTASY BOOK CLUB
