Weather closing policy: The Library tries to remain open to Carlisle residents throughout the year. Should extreme weather conditions arise, the library will close. Please be advised that the Library will automatically plan a delayed opening of Noon when the Carlisle Public Schools are closed. If road conditions are poor and/or weather conditions persist, the Library will remain closed for the remainder of the day, and the main phone line (978-369-4898) will not be answered.
